When you purchase a Subscription, you will be given a single unique access code that coaches or teams will enter in the mobile app to join your account.
You will be responsible for sending this access code to your coaches, teams and members. We offer strategies for how this can be done efficiently.
Entering an access code ensures users are viewing the appropriate content and branding associated with your organization when using the AQ Coach app.
Credit Card: We accept payment online by credit card. Payments are completed by clicking “Pay this Invoice” in the email that will be sent to the account owner.
Direct Deposit: For customers in Canada and the United States, we accept payment through direct deposit as well. For customers outside of these countries, we accept payment through PayPal. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if using this method.
Cheque: For customers in Canada, we accept payment by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, Please contact email@example.com.
We can set up your account before you purchase a subscription; however, a purchase must be completed before coaches and teams can begin using your account access code.
If you do not know the exact number of coaches or teams that will be using your account, you can purchase a starter subscription then pay for additional users as you go.
If you do not pay the subscription invoice for your account within 14 days, your access code will expire and users will be locked out of the AQ Coach app.
